There are many things that need to be going out on the mailing list - but I thought this was something you might need to see.  The following is a link to 2009 - 2010 budget information for the Mount Vernon City School District.  The issue will be put to a vote on May 19, 2009, which is when we also elect our school board.  I encourage EVERYONE to get out there and vote on May 19! If you have questions about the budget, you can attend the next:
